6th Belarusian-Russian Workshop

4-8 June 2007, Minsk, Belarus

The Workshop which technical program will consist of review papers and contributed oral reports in a wide range of topics on physics and techniques of semiconductor lasers, including injection lasers, electron-beam and optical pumped lasers, other types of semiconductor lasers and sources of radiation, technology of semiconductor structures and lasers, applications of lasers.

The working languages of the Workshop will be Russian & English.

The time schedule of the Workshop:

4 June 2007 - arrival, registration, opening of Workshop, 1^st oral session.

5 June 2007 - 2^nd and 3^rd oral sessions.

6 June 2007 - 4^th and 5^th oral sessions.

7-8 June 2007 - Excursions to Brest fortress, Belavezhskaya pushcha and Viskuli.

8 June 2007 - departure.

Exhibitions on semiconductor lasers, light-emitting devices and technology are planned.
A tour of the city Minsk and trips to other famous places of Belarus will be made.

Registration forms should be sent to Mr. Vitaly Z. Zubialevich via e-mail
(by-ru-workshop@ifanbel.bas-net.by) not later than 2 April 2007. Registration form blank was sent with the second call letter.

Manuscript Due Date is 16 April 2007. Prepared papers (2-4 full pages) are requested to be sent to by-ru-workshop@ifanbel.bas-net.by. Manuscripts of the papers submitted and accepted for presentation at the Workshop will be published in the Book of Papers that will be available at the Workshop registration desk. A template with manuscript preparing instructions for the Book of Papers of the 6th Belarusian Russian Workshop was attached to the second call letter.

Workshop Book of Papers publication date is 30 April 2007.

Official invitations and Workshop Program will be sent to all participants after 20 April 2007 by conventional mail and/or e-mail.
